Las Brisas De Nosara is a beautiful tropical compound in the heart of Guiones Beach, in Nosara, Costa Rica

Las Brisas is one of the largest houses for rent in the Guiones area. Unlike some homes in the area, we believe in the nourishing value of gardens and foliage and go to great lengths to maintain the tropical feel of the compound.

Two houses, a large rancho and a pool, are separated by paths, plantings, and gardens - a world away from the hustle and bustle, yet just steps from the main beach entrance, and a short walk to restaurants, yoga, fitness classes, shopping and everything Nosara has to offer.

Despite its central location, the house and grounds are private and you will always feel at one with the natural environment surrounding you. A wall with gates front and back, including a car gate, gives Las Brisas a compound-like feel and offers privacy.

Hi-speed Wifi reaches all building and the pool area, allowing you to stay in touch with the world beyond Las Brisas.

Location, Location, Location

Las Brisas is located on the first road outside the maritime (protected nature) zone, within a short stroll to the main beach entrance path.

The Las Brisas rental property is located in the exclusive J section of Playa Guiones, just a two minute walk (surfboard in hand) from the famously consistent beach break in Playa Guiones.

There are only a handful of houses located in such a central location and so close to the beach and none that offer the spaciousness, expansive grounds, and amenities of Las Brisas.

If you’re interested in yoga, several renowned studios are within walking distance from Las Brisas, making this an idea property for yoga retreats.

Two Houses, a Rancho with A Yoga Loft, and a Pool

Two houses and a central rancho means that there is room for a larger group to spread out, with several distinct sitting areas both indoors and outdoors, a ping-pong table area, and a large covered loft (above the rancho living area) that is ideal for private yoga sessions for up to 10 people. A hanging sofa bed upstairs, or hammocks throughout the property are perfect for relaxing, reading a book, and zenning-out.

Five Bedrooms, and Six Sleeping Areas

Las Brisas has two houses that contain a total of five bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Main house has three bedrooms, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a queen bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and two bedrooms open out to the covered patio area. The main house also features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom and the other situated between the two other bedrooms. The Casita contains two bedrooms, a king bedroom and another large bedroom with two full size beds. There is also a living room area with two convertible day beds that can be used as another sleeping area. The Casita features two bathrooms, one en-suite to the double bed room and the other just outside the king bedroom.

The Large Communal Rancho Is the Heart of Las Brisas

At the heart of Las Brisas is the large, communal rancho, which includes a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, outdoor shower, and living room.

The rancho is where families and groups gather to discuss the days activities, relax, dine and enjoy paradise. This is where your party can gather, surrounded by tropical plantings and overlooking the pool area. There is ample cushioned seating and a hanging hammock seat to relax in.

The upstairs floor of the rancho has two beds, a large swinging sofa, and lots of floor space that is perfect for yoga classes. Use this area to take a nap, relaxing, host a class, get a massage, or just to get away.
